Hi, my name is Joe and I’m responsible for PCB design and vehicle integration. My interdisciplinary background ensures that the mechanical and electrical systems of the vehicle come together seamlessly. I also share my knowledge with junior members so they can become comfortable with vehicle wiring and PCB design practices.
Hi! My name is Reece and I’m the technical director and the chassis lead. I've been on the team since first year (the only remaining member that has driven every car!) My jobs include: overseeing all 5 sub-teams, making sure all designs are completed on time and ensuring that all components can fit in our package.
My name is Gus, and I’m the firmware director. I have experience with PCB design and embedded firmware development. Currently, I am focusing on integrating and testing vehicle electronics, as well as sharing electrical knowledge with newer members.
Hi! I’m Alysia and I’m the business director. I lead many of the business projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Besides being director, I also lead our infrastructure and processes team, which includes managing and improving our team's internal structure and projects.

My name is Aidan Kennedy and I’m a third year mechanical engineering student who is passionate about dynamic systems and first principles design. I currently serve as the drivetrain lead , in this position I oversee the integration and design of our planetary gearboxes, cooling loop, electric motors and inverters.
Hi, my name is Eric and I am a third year Mechanical Engineering student and I am also the Racing Lead. I am responsible for organizing and planning testing days, to help us gather data to improve our race car.
Hi, I’m Mallory! As the accumulator lead, I am responsible for all mechanical aspects of the battery pack design, including our enclosure, battery cells and high-voltage bussing.

I'm in my third year of Electrical Engineering and my second year on the team! As the vehicle controller lead, I oversee the design of low voltage power distribution, drivetrain controls, and positional sensors interfacing.
Battery Management Lead
Hi! I’m Lara, and I’m the current Battery Management Hardware Lead which means I oversee the design and implementation of our battery management system board.
I’m Mohammed and I’m the Sensors Lead. I help manage the majority of the vehicle’s sensors to ensure that the team has access to reliable information that we can use to keep the vehicle operating safely and smoothly.

BMS Firmware Lead
Hi! I’m Will, an Electrical Engineering student going into my sixth and final year of my undergrad. As the BMS firmware lead, I oversee a team of firmware engineers responsible for monitoring and controlling our high voltage battery. When I’m not in the shop, you can find me in my own garage wrenching on classic cars.
Wireless Telemetry Lead
My name is Ashli Forbes and I am the Wireless Telemetry lead at Formula Electric. I am in my 6th year in Engineering Physics. The Wireless Telemetry project aims to provide live data from the car to diagnose problems on the go and collect racing metrics. In my spare time, I knit and crochet quite often!
Dashboard Software Lead
I’m Edwin, and I am leading the development of Dashboard Software this season. I write the code which talks to the car and draws data from other modules on the screen, which is coming on the next car.
Social Media Lead
I’m Josie, the social media lead this season! I am in my 5th year, studying English literature. I create content plans, work with sponsors, to ensure we have a consistent production flow and stick to our posting schedules. In my free time, I’m usually doing something involving cars, whether its going to car meets, sim racing, or watching F1.
Hi! I'm Harrison and I help run all things finance related. This includes managing internal accounting and financial reporting system and reimbursement processes. If not studying or working, you’ll either see him on the slopes or in the water!
